Refund Policy

Our products are custom-printed on demand through Printful. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly (wrong size, wrong colour, change of mind).
We offer refunds or replacements only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (printing error, manufacturing fault, wrong item).
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at wingsofflameofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We will then forward the claim to our fulfillment partner, Printful.
If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued on our behalf by Printful.
We cannot accept responsibility for issues caused by wrong shipping addresses provided at checkout.
